Marty Carney (DMin 2010), Pastor of Falls Community Church in Sheboyogan Falls, WI, wrote concerning a discernment process his congregation is calling "Transform us, God, awake us to Your Promising Life in Christ." He wrote, "As I lead these conversations and events, I am thankful for the learning I received at Seabury. I am most certainly aware and grateful for the leadership development I received during my Doctor of Ministry program. Those learnings are helping me to be a (mostly) non-anxious presence as I empower our small congregation to face and discuss some difficult, and yet, we pray, transformative decisions."
