The Rev. W. Waller Caldwell III dies in So Carolina
We have received word that the Rev. W. Waller Caldwell III ('91) died suddenly at his home in Spartanburg, SC on Oct.7, 2011. He was born in Knoxville, TN on July 10, 1963 and grew up in Allen, TX where he graduated high school. He received his undergraduate degree from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX and went on to receive his MDiv from Seabury Western. He was ordained to the diaconate at St. Matthew's Cathedral in Dallas, TX and ordained the following year to the priesthood at Church of the Holy Spirit in Lake Forest. He taught science at Lake Forest Middle School and most recently taught science at Carver Middle School in Spartanburg, SC. He worked as the Assistant Rector for Pastoral Care and Missioner at Church of the Advent in Spartanburg.
